• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order date.
• Please contact us prior to initiating a return.
• Items must be in original condition, unworn, unused, and undamaged to be eligible for a return.
• If your order was placed more than 30 days ago, or the item is not in original condition, it is not eligible for return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• You will be notified once your return is received and reviewed. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with photos before returning.
